Team Webbers were kind and patient throughout our whole moving process to the Barnstaple area. From multiple viewings with Mark, endless phone calls with Connor and Sophie and completion help from Karen nothing was too much trouble. The icing on the cake was when our dream home became available again and Matt remembered it was in our favoured location. We honestly felt valued and supported throughout the whole process. Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. After loosing my father and asking for a probate value, I was informed it would be a “free valuation” when my mother in a terrible state entered the office and being told “it’s a business quote so it’s £200” by a very officious gentleman and she left in tears. Well I would not recommend this heartless company at all.

The entire team at Webbers Barnstaple have been consistently outstanding at making the ordinarily painful experience of house purchase an easy one for us. With exceptional warm and friendly customer service and communications they have seen us through the process without a hitch, from the initial viewings, extra visits allowing us to measure up once our offer was accepted and then keeping us updated right up to exchange and completion, then providing the keys . I cannot express how utterly incredible Webbers have been selling my property. Having had a hostile tenant, the amount of care and compassion they went to, bending over backwards to accommodate the tenant's needs was so far above and beyond, all I can say is how grateful I was. When the property was then vacant, Webbers found a buyer within 1 day. Unfortunately it was a fairly complex chain, but at all times we were kept informed, and they were very proactive getting the sale across the line. Thank you so much.
