Really disappointed with this company, have been insured for years. Then tried to renew a policy and was refused by the creditor out of nowhere. The company then tried to charge nearly £100 to cancel a one day policy, was told to pay up front but had to source funds. Stewart who we spoke to was arrogant and rude and we have now been left with no insurance and having to cancel on a bride last minute!! Would definitely not recommend.

I thought I'd bought a good insurance until my husband was pulled over by the police whilst driving my vehicle as it hadn't been registered with the insurance bureaux - which meant it hadn't gone on the PNC. So was flagged up as driving whilst uninsured!
Very upsetting.Thank goodness it wasn't being driven for a wedding that day- dread to think of the possible consequences of somebody's ineptitude!
