Very slow service and when a prescription is missing they do not tell you.
You go home to find out you've got items missing.
You then go back to get missing items to be told they are not making them at the moment.
Surely you should have been informed of this when you first went to pick up the prescription. They only had to put a note on the rest of your order. So now you are without needed item and having to try to get in touch with your doctor for different medications. The item we are missing is Ranitidine.

My wife paid £99 at your pharmacy for a Covid test with a result guaranteed in 48hrs. She was due to fly tonight, only to find out that the test has not even been sent to the lab. You didn't even have the common courtesy to tell us that you haven't bothered to send the test, we only found out because we chased it up. If you told us yesterday we could have arranged a test at the airport, now we don't have time. Thanks to you we've had to cancel the flight. You're a joke. There is NO excuse for such incompetence.

This pharmacy always was amazing, however the last 6 months it’s gone seriously downhill, prescriptions can take weeks to be ready and then not all items are there, staff always look under pressure, after 17 years of loyal custom we’ve moved to buckland pharmacy,, sad times!!

Very disappointed. Takes forever to answer the telephone. When I rang to ask for a prescription, I was told it would be next week as they had a back log of a week. Very poor indeed for emergency prescriptions. Will go elsewhere in future!
