From applying for a property right through until gaining tenancy, the process was extremely smooth and hassle free. The “everything online process” made a 2/3 weeks job into a day or 2 to finalise. Very happy with the customer service.

I was introduced to Dawan (Wellbanks Director) by a colleague of mine from work who was having difficulty obtaining a mortgage product.

My wife and I had found the property of our dreams and we had already mentally moved ourselves in!

I know, very bad to do so, but the property ticked every box.

We made an offer and it was accepted but in order to show the agent and the vendor our intent we needed to get to valuation quickly to fend off competition.

We had lost another property months earlier due to the cumbersome way in which high street banks process mortgages.

Dawan gave us lots of options of available products at great rates. Once he helped us chose a product the valuation happened within the week and the offer was out a few days later.

We were almost there in terms of securing our dream home and ,yes, it all went through.

Dawan helped us at every stage even after he had done his job of securing our mortgage offer he gave us a courtesy call to see how our purchase was progressing.

I was sceptical that Mortgage brokers were greedy and corrupt but my experience with Wellbank has shown me that this is not the case and it is well worth the money as we ended up saving 5 times the amount we paid Wellbank in interest payments per annum if we would have gone ahead with our best high street bank deal.

He was able to search for the deals that the banks do not tell you about.

I could not recommend Wellbank highly enough.
