Such an easy company to deal with, no hassle, no spam. Set up a direct debit for an amount I could afford and they were happy. They didn't force me to pay more than I could, didn't pressure me in any way. Granted you get your annual letter regarding a review but that's a legal requirement. Certainly made my life easier!

Sent a scam letter claiming that I had an outstanding PayPal balance ( I did not ) . None of the information on the letter was correct and having googled them I found I wasn’t the only one. I have now reported them to the relevant authorities and they are investigating the company. Be very careful with this company!

Just a bunch of scammers claiming I owe money to PayPal. I can't even get any credit in the UK yet. Ignore their calls and messages.

The legal system takes far too long and the fees are enormous for these little nitwits to do anything and even if they did, PayPal told me I never owed them anything, so that's the end of that matter. You can sue them back instead for compensation on spam calls.

Received a letter from this company stating that I owe money for a PayPal account. Have never had an account with PayPal. Gave them a call and they’re trying to get personal details from me such as date of birth, email address And previous addresses. Fear this is a scam, please be warned.

Contacted me out of the blue, said I owed £1200 to PayPal. Never had a PayPal account. Also the name on all the texts and emails were to ‘Ben M’ who unsurprisingly I’m not a certain ‘Ben M.’ I just blocked their phone number and shred letters so that solved the problem.

I’m 15, I don’t even own a PayPal account so how can I be in debt. Also, minors are legally not allowed to be in debt. Pathetic scam PayPal was clueless when I told them about wescot.

Sending letters to my parents home whom are OAP's, referencing a name that no one has ever heard of. Working on behalf of PayPal. It's either a Scam or administration error. Either way it's on Wescot letter headed paper, it's nonsense and incriminating.
