Awful experience with Ryan, my wife has had to medically retire and has been trying to get advice from these "specialists" since may, Ryan has made many excuses as to why 24-48 hours before appointments he is unable to come, finally we didn't get a cancellation in September he just didn't turn up, we have tried to get advice from normal solicitors but they do not understand teacher pensions so are unable to assist, in desperation my wife again requested help from these clowns and was promised a telephone consultation as Ryan can't be arsed to show up, well it looks like he is too stupid to make an outgoing telephone call as well, 5 months of been in hospital and is getting stressed about the situation and at this rate will end up back in hospital, thanks.

Seamus King should receive an award for his levels of professionalism, tenacity and industry knowledge. We felt we had reached the end of the road with a mortgage application, however not only did Seamus persist and secure us a mortgage to allow us to complete on our desired property, he also secured a very competitive rate. Very disappointing service in that my allocated advisor, Jack, didn't respond to any of my emails or phone calls trying to arrange an appointment. Very unprofessional behaviour. If this is a reflection of their financial advice, then perhaps it was a blessing that it went no further!
