What a difference people make? Ever since the current staff took it over they have completely transformed my experience of this Post Office. They are both friendly, helpful and efficient. They manage so well in dealing with the all the complexity inherent in the business and their customers and do so in a way which focuses on each person, and their needs, individually. If the queue seems long it gets shorter very quickly and when you do get to the counter you couldn't ask for nicer people.

This post office is immaculately clean despite always being busy, it's well stocked and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I didn't know how to do a return but staff were patient and helpful. They also dealt very calmly and professionally with a bad mannered customer.

Visited just after 5pm. Told that counter was closing. Website said that this service is available until 5.30pm. Will use another post office in future.
