My mum wanted to leave a review but she doesn’t have a Google account.
The staff at the post office were very helpful in assisting her to renew her passport, including taking the photos and helping her to complete the on-line form. The passport only took 2 weeks arrive.

Very helpful friendly staff at West Worthing Post Office made my Passport renewal process extremely easy by taking my photo, filling out all the paperwork and sending everything off to the Passport Office for me. They reassured me that I would receive my new Passport in good time before my imminent trip and, as promised, by the time I got home there was an email waiting for me with a link to check the progress of my application. I can highly recommend West Worthing Post Office for all your Passport / Driving Licence needs etc. They thoroughly deserve the support of the local community in order to stay in business. Myself and my husband renewed our passports at this post office the service was excellent and so helpful , The gentleman filled in all the forms on line, took our photos and mine needed a change off name too.
We received our passports back within 11 days and all the supporting documents.

Just a great service all year round. I use this Post Office 3-4 times a week as I have an eBay business. The drop and go service is exceptionally well run so I can drop my mail off quickly and know it will be handled accurately and quickly. I have also used the Passport renewal service which I cannot recommend enough, quick, efficient and super easy.....they processed it all for me and I had my new passport in under two weeks. 10 out of 10. I would just like to say that if you want a passport or need your passport renewed, this is the place to go - West Worthing Post Office. Annees makes the whole thing easy - help with the photos and forms are filled in, in a quite and pleasant manner. If the Passport office presents any problem, Annees in his again, quiet and pleasant way helps to sort it. I am very happy that I went to this particular Post Office.
I would also like to add that this is a busy Post Office and they get through any queue quickly, so you don’t have to wait very long (which is good).

The staff are always very polite and friendly. They are very helpful. I renewed my passport with them, they (sorry I don't know his name!) completed the form for me and it was sent off and returned very quickly. Highly recommend!
