I am about to complain to the relevant bodies today as I have had no response from them.
This has caused so much stress and gone on for over 3y. I have had VAT collectors at my old house for them not submitting correct quarterly information. An Amy has apologised for the bad service at Westbury but it continues….

Now, I simply want my co.code from HMRC to get my new accountant into my HMRC portal and take my business away from Thomas. I keep letting them know that I have moved house, so that needs updating to receive the code.

They use a virtual call company so you can never speak to an individual. My emails have gone unanswered for weeks.

I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Now to see if they are even registered…….
