Amazing post office. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. You can do all forms of banking services. Pick up Amazon parcels every day. They sell food items and all sorts of packing materials. Both members of staff are lovely.

I asked to send a parcel second class. The woman on the counter asked if I wanted it tracked. I said "No, thank you." She then asked if i wanted it signed for. I said "No, thank you, just ordinary second class." She then said "If you send it first class it will get there quicker and if you do it guaranteed it will be there tomorrow." I already knew that. I said "Just normal second class please." She then said "Do you mind if I make it tracked anyway? It's only 20p more." I thought that was a real cheek. By this time, my patience was running out and I said "How many times have I got to tell you? Just normal second class." She then got all sulky and carried out the required service perfunctorily. I had two more parcels to post and some stamps to buy, but I couldn't face any further inquisition, so I went instead to the Post Office in Fairfax Drive, where I am pleased to report that they listened to what I wanted and did what I asked without trying to upsell me constantly. I shall be going there in future.
