Post Office or Post Apocalypse?

I ventured into the post office today, and let me tell you, it was like stepping into a time machine that only goes to the worst customer service of the 1980s. The reviews warned me, but I thought, “How bad could it be?” Spoiler alert: Very bad.

The gentleman who served me was the embodiment of arrogance.
He had a self-entitlement that could rival the most spoiled reality TV star, and his rudeness was so profound it made me question if I’d accidentally walked into a comedy club instead of a postal service.

As for the cleanliness?
I wouldn’t trust the food or drink offerings even if they were served by a Michelin-star chef. I’m pretty sure the only thing fresher than the air in that place is the stale gossip about how this guy is slowly putting his own business out of business.

So, my fellow citizens, unless you’re keen on witnessing a masterclass in how to drive customers away, steer clear of this post office. Or go in for the laughs—just don't forget to bring your own snacks!

New manager but I get the feeling the honeymoon period is over for him as the past few times I've had to pop in he's either been on the phone and no acknowledgement or just deals with you in a slightly standoffish manner.

Maybe I've just caught him at a bad time, who knows? Compared to the previous manager though it is like getting your post office services from Ant & Dec.

Despite not using this P O for a considerable amount of time. My experience with my elderly mother being served by the Postmaster back then (2017), wad disgusting. He attempted to shortchange my mother and this wasn't the first time and she had heard from other OAPs that he'd attempted to do the same to them. No doubt he did succeed on some accounts. Horrible, despicable person

Owner is very condescending and rude... Has a huge chip on his shoulder.

Following the review above, I once again went In there for a service and i must admit, I was very pleasantly surprised by the new attitude of the owner. He was very professional and attentive even friendly. The usual services were available plus a small convenience store attached.

As it stands now, I will give it a four star. Happy to patronize to help the business grow.

Terrible service, avoid at all costs. The man does nothing there just being rude to people. I had bad experience 4 years ago, and never went back. Tried again recently absolutely no change. Cant believe he is still working. Impatient disrespectful attitude with imaginary queue rules which u should know from hes looks.. The lady is amazing, poor thing she has to be there with him.
