Very disappointed with Westrow as a company and will not be going back after being a customer over the years. Misleading colour advice that led to a change in colour that has ruined my hair, worst blow dry I’ve ever had and an incorrectly booked appointment which resulted in me walking out without my hair being corrected from their misleading advice.

The women in the shop were lovely. The haircut was ok. I thought they said £15 for a mens cut on the phone. Turns out it's FIFTY POUNDS for a 20 minute haircut. That's mental. In fact that's psychopathic. Even the receptionist said "I know, everyone gasps when I give them the price".

I had the haircut from hell last year and spent a long 12 months growing out enough bits for it to be salvaged, only to have a second hairdresser butcher it again. I booked an appointment here as my last straw and now I never want anyone else to do my hair again! Emelia did more in 45 minutes with 3 years experience than the other two I saw elsewhere with 30+ years under their belt. She’s extremely attentive, listened to what I wanted and only acted on that, and has given me a haircut I now love. I felt cared for, listened to, and now after a year and a half, I’m finally looking in the mirror loving my hair again. Thank you Emelia - I’ll be back! ❤️

Another fantastic experience from the Westrow, Ilkley! I’m always greeted with a welcoming smile and professional attitude. These ladies are so well trained I hardly need to explain my hair wants or needs and they get it right every time.
Special shout-out to Holly who had styled my hair for so many different occasions, including weddings!

I’ve been going to Westrow in Ilkley for a while now, almost 4 years. The team are fantastic, so friendly and amazing at what they do! I take my kids in too for their hair cutting and they are so good and work flexibly around my stubborn toddler!
