Horrible service. Wouldn’t accept a DPD parcel because of its size due…..even though they’re an approved DPD partner. Man behind the till had absolutely no interest in being helpful and just told me to get out the shop and try somewhere else. Place is a scam overall, look in the shop and you’ll see envelopes should be 99p being charged at £2. Weybridge tax’ed it because they can, honestly go somewhere else and don’t waste your time at this appalling establishment.

Just go across the street. This place will try to scam and overcharge you.
We went to send off two birthday cards and the guy behind the counter even repeated me when I said “just regular postage” then went ahead and charged us first class. Twice the price. Bogus.

DO NOT GO, WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE.

I’m new to the country and live here in Weybridge. I wanted to send 2 letters to my family. I asked for regular, the cheapest post, because I didn’t know the terminology. He looked at me deviously and proceeded to charge me for 1st class postage. I should’ve sent 2 letters for £1.74. Instead I sent 2 letters for £3.40. He took advantage of me and I should’ve trusted my gut. Now I know better. I won’t be going back.

The best post office. I have all my Amazon parcels sent there and I do my banking there. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good selection in the shop.

Asked to send a letter by signed for delivery & what I actually got was tracked delivery & charged for that. I should have checked online what signed for costs as I paid an extra £5 for something I didn't asked for. Check online before you go is my advise or go somewhere else & hopefully more honest.
