Absolutely disgusting attitude from the man who runs this place. Clearly having a bad day and took it out on me. Give your head a wobble and dont work face to face with people if you can’t deliver basic customer service!

I received a postal card saying that a parcel has been left at Whalesmead PO at 4:50pm when I came home. I called if the PO was still open. I was assured that I could go along to collect it. A good service indeed with a smile!

This is a great little shop with lots of lovely things that you don't usually see in supermarkets. The owner, Ali, is a lovely person. Very polite and helpful.
