Collected plants from the community gardeners, great little community base.

Had lunch at the community cafe. Very nice food freshly prepared. The cafe is open Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 1pm. The fresh produce is from the community garden where possible. The photo is of the old church. There is now a newly built modern church with good facilities.

Very active community based Methodist church supporting local groups and charities in little Hulton. Trussel Trust run a food bank from there and there is a community cafe in the building and community allotment running on site also

I used to spend a lot of time here, on a Tuesday and Thursday. Nice people good, simple, affordable food in the cafe and a bit of a laugh to make the time go by. Help out in the garden or workshop if that is what you want to do but nobody forces you to do anything.
