Don't put your business in these people's hands....Angry Smash Ltd lost thousands 1 week before opening day because they are renting units without essential certifications or electricity in place and on top of that change their minds about having the smash room there weeks after signing! They were aware of the business intentions from day dot!...they don't even have the rateable value of any of the the buildings yet are signing contracts and taking deposits do be very careful. Not even 1000sqft for £1560 per month! Double the price of anywhere else too.

Arrogant team of agents with no care for destroying lives

Don't put all your eggs in these people's basket.

Stay clear of little Hall Farm units that are up for rent guys. Your business will suffer!
They are stunning buildings but don't be fooled
Contracts aren't worth the paper it's written on. We signed and paid deposits fed a load of waffle and empty promises yet here we are out on the kurb. Terrible way to do business. You should be ashamed
