Unfortunately after Jackie retired and Vanessa has taken over, the service is dreadful. And it’s always the fault of the client! Communication is non existent, and professionalism is even worse. We were long standing clients (10 years plus). If you decide to use, avoid Vanessa she’s the problem.

I cannot believe the poor service my son has received since signing up with Whittaker Gregory. He's been forced to move to a new accountant because of the shoddy service and now they are threatening to hold onto his paperwork until he pays their exaggerated bill. As a chartered accountant yself, I cannot believe they think this is a professional service.
