You came recommended by NatWest but how wrong that was and they know about our dreadful experience. We don’t know where to start with the appalling service we have received. It started off well but went downhill fast no checks on any of our accounts no explanations of transactions asked for as there was nobody doing their job. VAT was just declared no questions asked none of our paperwork or receipts were ever asked for and when one of the many staff that come and go had left we were blamed for her mistakes and bad advice. It’s been a relevation having a PROPER Accountant who knows what they are doing and helps their clients instead of being only interested in self promotion.
