Genuinely if I could leave minus stars I would. Absolutely objectively useless in here. They can’t receive parcels correctly, they can’t distribute parcels correctly. They can’t print labels correctly, they can’t answer questions correctly. You’d have more luck strapping your post to a pigeon and hoping for the best than using this abomination of a business.

Extremely slow. 90% is workers queueing to send money back home, 10% is actual post office and parcel work.

After a disappointing experience at Chelmsford Post Office trying to renew my driving licence photocard - computer says "no" - my visit here was a delight. No queue, very polite and knowledgeable gentleman worked through the online form and submitted my application to the DVLA with minimal fuss!

Could not of been more helpful. He was on his own and asked me to wait until he had served the other customers. Which I was happy to do. He then helped with my passport renewal. Got it all sorted and sent away for me ..Great service.

I didn't have long to wait in the queue. Even though I was next in the queue a staff member helped me at a different counter. Quick and excellent service.

Front desk can no longer scan prepaid packages even though she was doing nothing and it takes 30 seconds to scan, weigh and print receipt. Having to wait 10+ minutes every time I want to post something. Ridiculous. Place needs new management or shutting down

Always takes ages even for the smallest thing. Also most DVLA services are advertised as available for the operators/owners of this franchise have no clue how to use the system. OK if you just want to send a letter only.

Sometimes it gets really busy, but everybody is helpful and kind, things get done well, and it makes you glad there's still Royal Mail post offices around
