From the warm welcome from Anne-Marie (The owner) to the magnificent rooms, my 2 night stay was exquisite. There was nothing negative to say. The car park was clean and well maintained. The entrance hall was like a palace. My room was massive and well appointed. It was clean throughout and very warm. The bed was large and with a lovely mattress. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower was heavenly. ||I really enjoyed the full English breakfast. That set me up for the day. ||Clearly the owners really put themselves out for their patrons. ||This was my second stay here and it won't be my last. Thank you.

The room was beautifully clean and well equipped. The ensiute had a great shower and modern decor. Anne-Marie was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. Amazing guest house,

Lovely hotel,the owner Anne-Marie was such a lovely lady,so welcoming and very attentive. Our room was room 3 such a spacious room it had everything you needed and what I particularly liked was how the owners had put less abled guests in mind. Walk in shower/wet room and lots of handrails to hold onto. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and fresh milk in the fridge also in the room. You could also top up as there were extra tea and coffee in the hallway if needed. Breakfast was lovely and tasty everything you could need. Nice surroundings and tablecloths and lovely cutlery and good napkins too not the horrible paper ones you get. Beds comfy. What else can I say really enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely return. Thank you so much if you haven't booked what are you waiting for ?

Very friendly,beautifully decorated,spotless and all you wished for. Our room was excellent and had a beautiful view over Ilfracombe and to the sea beyond. Excellent breakfast. A very deserved 5 star guest house. Anne-Marie went out of her way to make us welcome and always had time for a chat.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. It is a beautiful place with amazing rooms. ||It is clean warm and friendly. The staff are really friendly and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. ||They greet you when you arrive and ask about your journey and generally show an interest in you as a person not just a guest. ||I will be staying here every time I visit the area in the future and I recommend that others stay too

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a large ensuite bathroom. Good choice of cooked breakfast - not just the usual 'full English' , but also kippers, eggs Benedict etc. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

The welcome we received when we got to wildercombe house was very friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a menu given to us at check in for breakfast. So we could choose what we wanted for are English breakfast and time which meant the breakfast was fresh and hot and it was good quality. Also had a buffet with a choice of cereals, toast & fruit and yogurt loads of choice. We will definitely be back again.
