Everyone in the office Sandy, Gemma and Bruce have been absolutely fantastic support throughout the buying process even though they weren't our agents. They kept us informed and their communications have been second to none, I would totally recommend them. Well after 7 months we have finally completed. If you’re not in a rush to sell your house, William H Brown are for you.
Bruce over sold on our house evaluation back in June last year. We didn’t know this until it had been on the market for approx. 3 months with barely any interest. When queried, we were told people don’t buy houses during the summer holidays and it was quiet. When we asked what we could do, they were very quick to offer the solution of dropping 20k off the asking price.
It was arranged that William H Brown would show people round however they were unable to meet potential buyers at suitable times so then asked if I could show them round instead. Not always what you want when you’re expecting your first child and working from home whilst juggling viewings. Once Gemma got involved, this pressure was eased.
Gemma was always approachable and honest. Sandy calls on a landline where you can barely hear her and I’d rather not comment on Bruce. Let’s just say he’s a typical salesman. Even to when we dropped off our keys, we were stood for 10 minutes whilst he continued a phone call with who he referenced as his “mate” after being less than professional about a husband.
My word of advice - Make sure when you get your evaluation done, you don’t feel pressured into signing a contract with Bruce like we did. See if you can opt out of not being able to use other estate agents or at least remove the fact that you have to pay them an amount if another estate agent does a better job than them.
Lastly I’d say, remember you can give them 28 days notice in writing if you’re unhappy.
We advertised on Facebook which Sandy liked, we did most of the viewings, we told them what order to put the photos in for more interest and we altered our lives to accommodate them so I think 3 stars is generous but at least it’s finally sold.
The ladies are lovely, just the company I wouldn’t use again.

Sandy & Gemma of the Reepham office were with us every step of the way during our house sale. We bought through them and their communication was fantastic, always answered the phone and responded to emails quickly. No problem too big or question too small.
