My husband should have commenced working with this company on 13th January 2025,however due to issues related to the onboarding, the date of commencement has been postponed to 20th January with many apologies still due the onboarding and total silence from either the recruiting agency and the company itself. Total lack of respect towards the employees.
In the end, as another company responsible for the onboarding was not able to solve the issue, my husband had to renounce the job offer.

Just appalling. My personal experience of them has been the ultimate in pedantic box ticking, pretending they are protecting you from scams on a pension worth almost nothing. Job creation 101. It won't be long until I've spent more money in my time to transfer out than what is in the pension. Also a big well done to the FCA on once again protecting absolutely nobody and keeping help desks in pointless jobs.

Abysmal service, losing documents sent via recorded delivery, not processing emailed documents, repeated requests for documents previously sent, inability to speak to anyone who might be able to help….. trying to get my pensions processed, started in July of last year, still being messed around …. Am beyond upset… their latest is that the only bank account I have is a joint one, my husband’s full name is on the account, I am clearly listed but as ‘mrs / mme’ and they are trying to tell me they won’t pay into this account…. You call them and get stuck on hold because there are never any managers available…. Beyond upsetting

Utterly INCOMPETENT is everyone that works here. A bunch of old dears no wonder they have a 10 day service level for anything. Did you ever hear of anything so DUMBBBBB They were faster responding to stuff in the days of sending correspondence by pigeon!! DO NOT KEEP YOUR PENSIONS WITH THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Disgraceful company asked for a copy of my fathers death certificate the original only copy I had for his pension payout then returned the copy back to me damaged and torn, also overcharged me for a pension payment they said was owed but after my investigation was found out there information was false and wrong and I we didn’t owe them anything, terrible company
