The girl with the dyed multi colour pink hair is useless and rude. Went to renew my driving license as I couldn't online and it said to go into a post office to renew electronically. Stood in the queue and she asked what I was in for so I said to renew my license. She said I had to fill in a paper form so I had to leave the queue. While filling it out it said I would have to send my passport which didn't make sense. I stood back in line because the instructions were different to what it said online and I asked her why I needed to fill in a paper form when it says I can do it electronically at the post office. She said I can do it electronically if I want at home - I told her I was here to do it electronically at the post office as instructed as it wasn't working when I try to do it myself. She rudely and defensively said I should have specificied I wanted to do it electronically as she thought I was applying for my first - why would you assume I'm applying for my first when I said "renew" and you should have asked. And why on earth would I fill out a paper copy when it is far easier and quicker to do it online via the post office and doesn't require sending my passport or verifying my identity. Completely wasted my time. The lady that actually served me was lovely though.

A great post office that unfortunately faces a high number of customers with very few staff. Despite this, the staff are always doing their best and are always happy to help. I appreciate their hard work, and it's a very easy and convenient place to drop off and pick up parcels.

Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming even tho they have been understaffed for years and most are in training, considering its the only post office in winchester and staff are run off their feet they work hard even while people complain or cause arguments over nothing. Thanks all.

Possibly the worst customer service and opening times in Winchester. Here is the gorgeous barrier we have all become acquainted to. Good luck to everyone trying to post at a physical post office branch in Winchester.

Very depressing post office. Long queues. One member of staff serving. Then travel money desk opened to help. Told to leave parcel I’d paid for on top of post pile visible and accessible to all. Not safely behind a counter or in a sack. Anyone could have picked up the parcel with a gift in and walked off with it. Will try not to use this post office again.

Just went in to drop a parcel off having paid for the postage already and as soon as I walked up to the counter, the lady rolled her eyes at me and informed me I’d put the wrong postage on it. Really didn’t appreciate the attitude and walked away feeling rather upset… wasted trip and queue time

Worst post office in the UK. Staff are mostly rude. No separate queue for self service so it's carnage and queues. Never been to such a mess of a post offcir

I am writing about an unpleasant experience I had at the post office , involving a female staff member who was extremely rude and unhelpful.

When I approached the counter for assistance with mailing a package the staff member in question did not greet me or show any willingness to assist. Instead, she was curt in her responses and appeared irritated by my questions. Her tone was dismissive, and she made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

I found her behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than providing the help I needed, she left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed with my task. This experience has made me hesitant to visit this post office in the future.
