Have had another typical visit today. The gentleman who often serves me at the post office counter told me that it wasn’t open today despite the signs indicating it should be. It “should be” open tomorrow from 10 until 2. I asked whether that meant it would be open. He couldn’t answer.

Like the other BoA post office, it’s the same member of staff who runs the counter when it’s open. Why can’t they accept parcels for postage? Absolutely pathetic, deserves zero stars.

During regular hours when manned properly it is a great post office. Despite the sign in the door saying the post office is open when the shop is open, it totally depends on whether the staff on duty are trained to run it. Has run out of stamps twice in the lead up to Christmas. Like most things at this Co-op, the staff are let down by chaotic management from the Southern Cooperative.

Never open ? been 3 days in a row to post one letter and still not been able to post website states its open until 10pm. Dont waste your time, not very convenient and to top it all off staff leave you stood there waiting for 20mins before rudely telling you its closed

Half the time it's not opened when it's supposed to. Either the staff are 'not available', off sick, or having their break. I have had too many wasted journeys and given up. I am now using another, more reliable, post office counter somewhere else.
