I went to post parcel there on a few occasions. The older asian man is ALWAYS unpleasant and rude. It doesn't matter how much I tried to be polite he always makes me feel uncomfortable. Feels like I should thank him I can spend some money in his shop or post a parcel. Today he was so unpleasant I won't ever come back. He raised voice and woke my baby up ...

PS this was an international parcel and the address was there... On the label I have received from the seller to return it... Posted elsewhere with no problem and no comments behind my back when I was leaving!!!!!

The older Asian staff member is rude, unpleasant and disrespectful, I would go as far as to say he is also ageist and sexist, as well as infuriatingly incompetent. Wouldn’t recommend for post office services, gives the branding a tarnished name. Have lodged a formal complaint to head office regarding their nonexistent customer service and lack of capability. Moreover the shop is never fully stocked and baron. I wouldn’t even go as far as giving it a 1 star review as it doesn’t even deserve that achievement, it’s definitely worth taking you business elsewhere.

This shop stocks everything you need, they also go above and beyond for customers, if you can't find what you require the staff will accommodate and get it for you next time you go, the staff are very friendly, they will always have a laugh and a joke with you! Customer service is amazing.
