If I could give these people zero stars - I would. I have never before dealt with such rude and unhelpful loss adjusters in my life. They have done everything possible to not pay out during a claim we made with a tenant that left the property in a terrible state of disrepair. If you are reading this, do NOT get property insurance with NIG. They allocate their loss adjusting to Woodgate and Clark and I hope to never have to deal with them again. Just terrible.

This company worked on behalf of the LeShuttle Eurotunnel with regards to damage caused by my vehicle during my crossing. Completely unhelpful and useless, could not un-recommend them more. It’s a shame Google don’t do 0* reviews!

My full review is in the process. This company has previously been fined (public info) for breaching data laws. This company used rogue investigators and 4 people were convicted. Would you trust your personal data with this company? I know I wouldn’t. Any further data breaches should be reported to the ICO for investigation. Review to be continued…

We were initially dealing with Quadra Claims in 2022 then became Woodgate & Clark in 2023. The house built 1918 which has stood the test of time over the past 104 years showed signs of a crack in an outer wall. 2 other houses in the street suffered the same issues at the same time. Our claim has been declined because W&C who are acting for us we thought… are infact acting for the insurance company’s best interests & declined our claim because we should have measured the height of trees in the front garden on an annual basis & on each renewal year of the insurance policy notified the insurance company. Yet the enormous street tree owned & managed by the Council directly outside the house with roots found in the soil samples has no relevance to our claim according to W&C….but street trees were the direct cause of problems at the same time to 2 other houses in the street where the trees outside them had to be removed before those 2 houses underwent the repairs paid for by their insurance companies.
To say the least we are disappointed with W&C & had hoped they would have worked in our best interests.

Incompetent on every level. This lot actually received the highest ever fine for malpractice in the UK aim 2017/18. Appalling. And after that Axa snapped them up as though the malpractice to push down claims illegally was a literal selling point. Axa were offish and rude when I pointed out the criminal record of W&C- so they DO know and probably did regard it as beneficial to them. So duly warned on Axa too.

5 months waiting for w &c to get electrical work done at kippax Central wmc ,still not done,can not get electrician,s .Will keep you up to date,balfour main contractor,total joke,remember this when looking for work to be done .
