I rent my home through them and I have nothing but positive things to say about Woodhead and Co. From the first interaction to now, they have been nothing but fantastic! I closely liase with Lianne but have spoken to several others within the office and all of them are brilliant at communicating and ensuring effective and timely outcomes and they try their hardest to not affect mine and my husbands working hours. Upon them taking over as our letting agents, we highlighted several things that needed to be dealt with and we met on 31st October. Between then and now (End of December) they have sorted everything out, checked in after every appointment that a workman has come out to the property.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better agent to work with in searching for our first home in Uk. Sue was impressively kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. We truly feel like we made a friend through this process. She offered us great insight on what we looking for. It was clear that her priority was making sure we found a home that we would be happy in. She was never impatient and was always understanding. Would give below 1 star if I could. Absolutely the worst not just unprofessional but also rude, disrespectful and cheats vulnerable people. Raised issues to their director Lianne Woodhead who is even worse and a liar and manipulates what is said.
Constant lies, fake invoices made to claim extra money. Blamed the tenant for rent not paid when the tenant had paid. Absolute frauds with no respect or work ethic and when points raised just cuts the phone and then shirks their responsibilities. Would highly advise to avoid and take business elsewhere. Not just unprofessional but horrible people.

Added following response from them. I tried to complain via their procedures and was met with Lianne who would cut the phone, manipulate facts and not send the information. Its hard to take the complaint further when that is the boss and no point emailing as tried that for months to no avail. Their response is a standard response. Had to terminate business with them and lost money that they owed. Charged for work that wasnt done with no invoices provided. Flat was in an appalling state and did not manage the property at all just stole money. In the end had to cut our losses as never got the invoices nor retrieved money from them. They always stated the tenant was the issue but in fact the problem is with the estate agent. I guess you can't accept good service or for a company to be fair if their leader themselves is not providing a good fair service. It is appalling in this day and age that people like this continue to exploit the goodness of others.

And thank you to Lianne for persuading me to see a place that Ultimately is now my new rental! I recently moved back to the uk from abroad and they have made this so easy for me. We would like to thank the whole of the Woodhead&co team for all of their help with selling our flat! They have been outstanding from start to finish.

We were recommended Woodhead&co from a friend. Lianne came round and completed the initial valuation which was fair and consistent with valuations from other estate agents and offered competitive fees.

Krishen then came round and took processional high-quality photos of the property and created a floor plan and description which presented it in its best light.

We anticipated a long wait before a sale due to the housing market at the time but Woodhead&co ensured this wasn’t the case so we could move forwards the purchase of our dream home.

The team made sure that every question we had was answered promptly, honestly and no ask was ever too much. The team went above and beyond to fulfil all of our wishes.
The sale completed with no problems arising and the team made sure we had a smooth and stress-free transition.

We recommend Woodhead&co to anyone looking for an estate agent and we will definitely be using them for any sales in the future.
