We fully recommend Woodlands after our (difficult at times) property sale.

They were realistic right from the start and did not promise us the moon in their valuation of the house, neither did they pitch the price we should ask low enough to earn themselves a quick commission as other agents did.

The fee they charged was lower than others but the attention they paid to us could not have been better.

Half-way through our sale the chain was broken and we had to start again, but Woodlands continued to pay us the attention we needed even though by then they were working remotely with us as we had already moved away from the area.

All in all we can say that they priced the house accordingly, marketed the property efficiently and found us a buyer quickly, for a fee lower than others had quoted.
