I had difficulty changing the vehicle on my policy. I tried online but was unable to complete. There is no phone number to ring and the bot on the chat box isn't very helpful.
However, when I finally managed to get onto a live chat with Courtney, she was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. She managed to sort everything out for me and completed the process quickly. Thank you Courtney.

Contacted Yoga Insurance today via their Live Chat and got a very helpful operator called Courtney. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of our motor insurance policy and answered all my queries swiftly and with a common sense approach. We were doing a change of vehicle and it all went through other than a small detail. No panic, Courtney assured us that all was in hand and gave clear instruction as to how we can sort. Sorry, I don't like giving negative reviews, but I'm not impressed. Try talking to their (not there) bloody useless "chat bot" about your policy. I'd have got more sense out of next door's spaniel. I won't be renewing with them. I've found a good old fashioned broker in a high street not far from me. My excess will be £150 less than with Yoga, the actual policy will cost me roughly £100 more, but I won't feel that I need to pop around next door to Billy for a sensible conversation.

Abbie helped get to a satisfactory conclusion but rather than the 25 minutes it took, it could have taken 5 minutes as my initial request could have been listened to rather than ignoring and trying to continue with sales tactics. Time would be much better used to have a number to speak to someone where this could have been resolved more promptly.
