York Health Insurance Services is a delight to have on our side, not only are the plans they offer flexible to fit different sized pockets but they are very efficient when dealing with claims or queries. The customer service is excellent; because they have dedicated account managers they can talk you through your options in plain English and seem to genuinely care that the options/level of cover are right for you and review them at least once a year. The WPA app also makes claiming and tracking your claim easy – one thing less to worry about when your health has taken a turn for the worse! I would recommend York Health Insurance Services as they really are there for when you need them.
