This such a great shop you can pick up so many things you need all in one place. I needed sewing thread, they stock good quality and a great range of colours. Also brass hooks, just what I needed. A4 white envelopes, great price for 10!
But there are dog treats, wellingtons, sweatshirts, garden things, bin bags, fabric, sweets, batteries ...
The staff are friendly and helpful and you can even get a key cut. Lots of parking just at the back of the shop too. We would be lost without it.

This is the " Go to" shop in Bridlington. They stock everything you need and stuff you didn't expect to find there! Further more... we have special needs young adults and the staff are absolutely aware of our shopping situation that may become problematic. I can only heap praise upon this shop and more importantly it's staff. I'm a middle aged father and hates shopping but this store is painless visit. If Carlsburg did shopping? Your here. .

Wow what an awful experience today - lost a set of holiday home keys and came here to get new 1s cut
4 revisits and nearly 2 hours later they still didn't fit
Manager was rude - didn't even apologise
I have reported this to head office
I have been in retail for over 44 years and never had this much issue with any other store

My wife and I always try to shop local and support local shops where ever we have lived so when 2 years ago we purchased our retirement bungalow we started to visit The Yorkshire Trading company on a regular basis. On Wednesday 5th June I visited the store to try and purchase a very small cabinet key. So when the very kind shop assistant checked my lock with the very first key she picked up it fitted and she asked for over £4.00 for the key.
As a result I did not purchase it.
On the following day 6th June I visited tool station and was able to purchase a brand new cabinet lock with key for £2.38pence

Yorkshire Traders are a great company. I am trying to find the name of the supermarket that was there before back in the 1980s. I am a vulnerable adult and tried really hard at my work there stacking shelves. A female supervisor would abuse me verbally and I need to find who she was to report her. I get dreadful flashbacks and it makes me poorly

Great place for so many things, I always find something I need there. A great selection for the garden & diy and even Christmas, all at great prices. Defiantly recommend you try this place
