I sold my house through Your Move in Rochester last Friday. Initially Jordan came out to start the ball rolling, a very efficient and polite agent. However, it was Tina who kept me informed every step of the way. Such a pleasant lady, who kept me cheerful along the journey of selling my house. She went out of her way to keep chasing the buyer's side, as their solicitor's were extremely slow in moving things along. She took the final meter readings for me, as I was on holiday at the time of completion. A big thank you Tina for all your help.

I was looking to have my rental property fully managed and Your Move Rochester were recommended to me. I wasn't committed to having an estate agent manage things as i had done this myself for a number of years so the cost had to be right and i needed to have confidence in the agents. Having initially spoken with Lucy and then meeting her at the property the decision was an easy one.
The process was suprisingly smooth mainly due to the excellent communication. Lucy was in regular contact to answer any queries and to ensure i was happy with the steps being taken. Having taken photographs and then marketing online a number of viewings were quickly arranged. I received relevant information regarding prospective tenants which gave me the confidence to know that those who went forward for credit checks and references would be suitable tenants.
Only 4 weeks after initial contact we had fantastic tenants moved in with no issues. Thank you again Lucy and to Lea as well who i believe conducted some viewings. Your hard work , knowledge and professionalism was impressive and much appreciated.

We can’t thank Lea and Lucy enough, they were absolutely amazing. As first time renters they made the whole process really smooth- answering all of our never ending questions and just being amazing support. They answered the phone/emails quickly, keeping us updated throughout the whole process, ensuring that we were happy. They were able to secure us our move in date, which was a week after our viewing.
