Please stay away absolute jokers.
Terrible communication I haven't even travelled yet but payed but can't get my policy I have contacted them and was fobbed of saying they had sent a link to confirm my account.
What a load of rubbish I've actually paid twice and gone with someone else ? awful

Awful company. Any claim they will ask one bit of information, take 6 weeks to respond, then ask another question, and so on. Months full of delay tactics with the goal to ware the customer down to give up. They have tried every excuse in the book to not pay out, after I proved their first 3 excuses to be completely unreasonable and unfair they are now trying another excuse. I made an official complaint and was told to wait 8 weeks before reporting to ombudsman. Of course I heard nothing in 8 weeks so now with ombudsman. As part of ombudsman I requested info on the name of the actual company and have still yet to hear back on this in 2 months. Avoid at all costs. I know most insurance companies don’t want to pay out but I have never experienced anything so immoral and unprofessional
