I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zen Recruitment Agency, with everyone that was responsible for handling my registration. They put me through a great deal of inconvenience and difficulty during the process and completely failed to find any work for me. What made the situation even worse was the unsupportive nature of the staff around that ping-ponged the calls without any valid reason as to why I was not getting any work.

The whole process was that i had to deal with the cold-hearted consultants who caused me significant mental agitation and anxiety, without offering any valid reasons for their unprofessional and horrible behavior. The compliance team was equally unhelpful, and even when I raised concerns with the branch manager, nothing changed. It was clear that I was being marginalized and treated with prejudice throughout the process.

The lack of professionalism and support from this agency was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid Aspire ZEN Recruitment Agency at all costs.

Avoid the agency!!
I would not recommend this agency. Initially, they called me every day, pushing me to apply for a DBS check, urgently requesting that I complete it. However, once I submitted my application and they received what they needed, they completely stopped responding. They ignored my emails and refused to answer my calls. It's clear that once they get the money, they don't care about helping or following up with clients. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency. After waiting for months for my application to be approved, I was told that I would be contacted for a second interview within two weeks. It has now been over a month, and I have yet to hear anything from them. To make matters worse, they have been completely unresponsive to my emails. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on their ability to manage applications. I expected much better service and would not recommend them based on my experience.
