Got to be the worse experiance i have had in 35 years of buying car ins. got a quote on lineand paid full amount. then asked to ring to complete. when i done that informed i had to pay further £170 so decinned and asked for refund so i could get else where. Then i needed to send proof of I.D Before they coukd reimburse. 15 days since decinning and i finally get reimbursed but they have taken £70 for admin.....Discusting way to be treated. fighting this aĺl tbe way

Are they for real? Quoted £9998 for home insurance. I guess they only need to get one taker to make that pay.
