I used to see many negative reviews for this company and I wondered why till j became I victim.

I had parked in Middlesbrough and someone came to knock on my door and said I should not park there because I would get a ticket, and I said not to worry that I was going for pay for the parking and they smiled and left.

After the parking session my wife paid with her card for an hour and we spent less than that.

I received a letter that I didn't pay for my parking.

My wife responded and gave them snapshots from her statements and the app and yet they refused and kept insisting we didn't pay.

It was very frustrating and inhumane that you would make people pay for something they didn't do just because your clients do not have efficient systems to trace payments

We appealed and they rejected it.

They went from saying we didn't pay for the parking to we didn't pay for the length of time we parked.

This whole charade just looks like a rip off.

The rejection is mail was in spam and they have now sent another letter to pay £170.

I called and spoke to a lady who said we needed to pay even after all the explanations.

I have been calling for two days now and just be left in a queue for hours and no one answers.

Waited 30 min for them to answer the phone then for the lady to put it down so I call back again, tell her my reference number she said wait for her to ask so I asked why then she insists she needs to put me on hold for 3-5 minutes, she came back asked for my reference number I gave it to her, she tells me I’ve parked somewhere I’ve never heard of I asked where it was an the postcode she did not no either of these, so I instantly thought scam, I’ve now googled the company an it’s worse it’s legit just with idiots running it, you cant ask someone for money if you don’t have all the details of the alleged parking fine
Also the fine is that old I don’t even live in the property where ā€œlettersā€ have apparently been sent to, an it seems every person who’s left a review owes Ā£170 how is every debt the same money for every single person!!!

Ill happily wait an take this to court, you jokers call your self’s a legit company is hilarious I wouldn’t trust sending you anything, but if you do keep contacting me I will invoice you for every msg that’s sent to me for my time

If only 0 could actually be possible!!🤣🤣

They messaged me from my partners car parking fine (outside his mother’s house!!) they issued us the fine AFTER putting their signs up knowing nobody knew it was private, they handed 0 letters out to alert people that they would need a permit but were more than happy to try get Ā£170 out of us.

After we tried to appeal it saying we had no idea they had turned the car park outside the flats private they declined it and continued to try sending us letters to scare us.

Honestly a terrible company to try and work with, I won’t be paying that fine. It’s stupid. Not professional AT ALL. And you can’t even see eye to eye with them.

Thankfully they have 0 power, and even if their client wants to go to court I’ll HAPPILY go to court for this. It’s a joke. Anyone with common decency would know if you want to get people done on a private car park atleast put the signs up first and hand some letters out with a date so we KNOW when to get our cars permitted 🤣 don’t just send fines and expect me to pay them because I’m not.

Hope this company soon closes down, more trouble than they are helpful.

I’m writing this review to request the cancellation of a parking charge that I believe was issued unfairly due to missing signage. I have photographic evidence clearly showing the absence of proper signs at the location. I contacted the original parking company multiple times with no response, and the case was subsequently passed to ZZPS. I explained the issue and provided evidence, but ZZPS refused to consider my appeal, claiming they are merely a debt collector. However, I noticed they responded to a review from Emma Thomas (1 month ago) and accepted her appeal—so clearly, they can deal with appeals when they choose to.

I urge ZZPS to review my case properly and cancel the charge.

My heavily pregnant partner parked in a NFORCE owned car park and completely forgot to pay which she never does but as she was still working full time as a nanny caring for a 3 and a 5 year old I think she can be given some slack.

We received a letter from NFORCE saying we had incurred a fine and had 14 working days to pay it so when we read the letter we paid immediately.

We then received a letter from ZZPS which was dated 2 days after the actual offence so before we had actually received the fine letter stating that we had gone over the 14 days and we owed them over 100 pounds for the privilege.

I contacted them via their website and they responded with a generic automated message ( 6-7 working days later ) saying I had to provide the details of the letter although I had provided my vehicle registration which as any uk resident will understand it’s the only one in the country so it wouldn’t take much searching of their system if they could be bothered to look.

During the time of waiting for some form of response I received another letter which made the fine closer to 200 pounds!!!

Then an actual person emailed me and said they understood my concern but couldn’t believe me without proof of paying NFORCE.

I then phoned the actual office and waited 30-45 mins on the phone to speak to a lady whose name I know but won’t mention. I said can you not speak to NFORCE to confirm my payment apparently they only receive information of unpaid fines and then chase the money which I find ridiculous.

I then sent the proof of payment as instructed some days later another human responded and reminded me I need to provide proof of payment. They replied to the email with the proof attached if you can believe that.

So I attached it again to the same thread and waited for a response which I have not received.

This company in my opinion are pirates and thieves only interested in making a quick pound at others expense, I am still waiting for an apology for hounding myself and my partner 2 days into a 14 day grace period for a fine of which I paid straight away but I won’t hold my breath

What a shame that there is no 0 stars! 137093969
I initially received a £60 parking fine, which I promptly challenged through your appeals process. However, I did not receive any communication or decision regarding my appeal. I was therefore completely unaware that it had been rejected or that the 14-day period for the reduced payment was still counting down. To my shock, the fine has now been escalated to £170, which I find wholly unjust given that I was not informed of the outcome of my appeal in any way.

Adding to my frustration, during a recent phone call to your company to explain my situation, your representative not only failed to assist me but actually hung up on me mid-conversation. This was extremely rude and distressing — particularly as I was in the process of explaining the emotional and mental toll this situation has taken on me, as well as highlighting my personal vulnerabilities. Such dismissive and insensitive behaviour from a customer service representative is completely unacceptable and has only worsened an already stressful experience.

I also discovered I am not alone in this experience. Google reviews clearly reflect a pattern of similar complaints from other members of the public — including communication failures, unfair fine increases, and poor customer service.
This indicates a broader, systemic issue within your operations which I find deeply concerning.

I will stand my grounds, I will not let this company blackmail and harras me! Let the court decide

Couldn’t give 0 Stars so had to be 1.
Just another standard British company trying to get money out of hard working families for parking charges which are wrongly charged for in the first place! How do these people sleep at night. Day light robbery at its finest. Looking forward to my court date it you can be bothered to turn up.

I received a parking fine for allegedly parking for 3 minutes, and I appealed the fine shortly after receiving it. However, I never received any response to my appeal. Now, I am being threatened with a demand for £170, which is both unfair and unjust. Had I received the original response rejecting my appeal, I would have been willing to settle the fine for the original £60.

When I contacted your staff for clarification and assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses. They refused to provide evidence of my appeal’s rejection and merely insisted that I pay the fine or face legal action. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to engage in meaningful communication is highly unprofessional.

I expect a thorough review of this matter, including the evidence of my appeal and a clear explanation of the steps taken in processing this fine. I also request that the amount owed be adjusted to reflect the original fine of £60, as I was never given the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly.
