One of the owners of this place tried to rip me off when I changed vehicle insurance. Lied through his teeth and retained my money. He claimed that the insurance company would refund the amount directly to me where in fact the company credited the money to the guys account. I contacted the insurance company personally and was shown the details of the transaction. When confronted with the information the guy proceeded to insult the person at the insurance company saying that he was an idiot. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour, I wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole.

Great service provided in an efficient and friendly manner.
Competitive price if you want to talk to a person rather than deal with things online.
My last visit was 10 mins before closing but everyone stayed on to help.
Well worth a visit if you are looking for insurance with old fashioned service from a company that cares
