Fantastic value when visiting York for the day! £3.80 return for 1 adult and 2 children.

Car park is really easy to find, plenty of spaces to choose from.

You can buy the bus ticket from the driver directly or at the info centre where the bus stop is. There are toilet facilities too which are handy. I was surprised to find them closed on my return to the car, closed due to ongoing vandalism.

Journey to city is so quick, 5-10 mins and the buses are very frequent there and back. Will definitely be using this park and ride again and would fully recommend

Loads of car parking spaces ! Shame both male + female toilets 🚻 locked due to vandalism! Disabled ♿ toilets are still open. Gates Close at 11 o'clock! Drivers + staff are always friendly! 👍

Ideal location if approaching from the Leeds side of York.
Helpful staff selling tickets in an office by the bus stand.
Easy run into town, suggest you get off at the Theatre if you are exploring the old city. Bus continues one more stop over the river to the station.

Free parking. Well laid out with reasonable toilet facilities and regular bus links into the city for £2. Lovely 15 minute, traffic free cycle into the centre through the country park and along the river.

Brilliant location just off the roundabout and always seems to have plenty of spaces available. Fares are decent and buses are frequent. Good lighting on a night, the site is open until 11pm and CCTV covered too. On site Toilets are a bonus. Negative points are the state of the access roads leading to the car parks as they all need resurfacing, the whole site needs a good clean and sometimes it takes 15 minutes to leave as you are stuck waiting to pull out on the world's busiest roundabout afterwards.

As new to this service (yes tourists) once we got to learn about stops it was very good. But the first time was horrendous trying to find where to catch the bus back at night. Operator could do with far better information about this, better maps and information on the bus. Misleading and unclear information, grumpy drivers (not all but most unhelpful)
Overall a good way to get in and out of the city and good rates but needs a lot of improvement

Buses are clean and so are the washroom facilities at the depot. Avoid rush hour as it's quicker to walk. My experience of the driver's was not good. They were rude and unhelpful. A pity as York is a beautiful place.

Much easier to use this to go into York than the stress of driving through york and finding/paying for somewhere to park. The last bus is late and the car park closes at 11 therefore plenty of time to shop in York/visit & eat. Will use in future visits.
