I've used this PO a few times and most often find the staff quite abrupt. Only once did the a member of staff seem friendly and happy.
I have only had one issue with postage and it is due to them not doing Evri parcels, which is fine as I just walked to the One Stop who do. If I can help it, I use a different PO due to cold atmosphere here but it serves its purpose, its just a little miserable.

Had a build up of parcels due to Royal Mail strike. Went to drop off in Elland but they weren’t happy to take them in. Wanted them leaving out in the open where anyone could pick them up and walk out rather than put them in the back where they’re supposed to go. Use them for convenience but will go elsewhere, where they’re actually grateful to receive them! Always find them rude and unaccommodating.

Shocking service as always, they can never accept any parcels, there is always some reason they can't do what every other post office can. the lack of effort and customer care is a joke and this is not the first time.
I never have issues with any other post office and honestly I would avoid them at all cost!

Ordered some trainers and post office gave a drop off shop location didn't tell me it costs to do it went for the parcel said I owed money to be able to take it needs to be paid. Already paid for delivery with the shop I bought the items who paid for royal mail to do a service.

Rang today to ascertain the time of the last post collection. Answer message states that my call will be answered shortly but then the phone is hung up, disconnecting my call. I tried 5 times with the same result every time. Not good for business
