Brillant staff always helpful and friendly. Im a wheelchair user and nothing is too much trouble. Obviously a well lead team. Used since i was 16.very good bank friendly staff. Busy High Street branch offering the usual banking services. Found them very helpful. Looks after my money.

Rubbish customer service, can't do anything in store absolutely ridiculous. Better off using different bank like Halifax.

Went on internet for opening hours New Year’s Eve open till 4.30. Arrived at bank 1.30 all shut up.pity updated times were not posted on internet to save long wasted trip
