I had to sell my mother's property. I had three valuations and decided to use Wye Prestwood. My decision was based on the professionalism demonstrated. As a local agent, they have a great deal of experience selling houses in the area.

They sold the house within six weeks, with little involvement from me, but they kept me informed. Once the property was under offer, they came into their own. The whole process was made easy and made me feel very confident.
