The renewal premium for my holiday home was astronomical so I decided to shop around and I’m so pleased I did as i4me offered me options at half the price with reputable insurance companies and the same level of cover.

The members of staff with were extremely helpful and patient, going over each detail in depth and clearly explaining each policy, including exploring variable options and calling me back at the prearranged time when I needed extra time before deciding to go ahead (I’d only started investigating 2 days before my renewal date so didn’t want to be left without cover whilst also shopping around). All of this in a very calm and patient manner, there was no pressure on their part, just a willingness to help and offer excellent service.

I had to change my policy just before the new one went out and it was so easy. Actually spoke to a person who sorted my policy and explained everything. Polite and friendly at all times. Plenty of reminders that the policy would continue if no response was given. Excellent service, clear and understandable.

Competitively priced. Quick to respond to queries. 4 stars as I've not needed to make a Claim so don't know how that would be. Only negative does not include environmental flooding, however neither did others I got quotes from.

The quote was clear in terms of what is covered and was not a pushy approach.
