They deal with the administration of the excess refund promise by Go Compare. They are excessively bureaucratic and it appears they do their best to discourage claims for excess refunds. All sorts of unnecessary information is requested on an online application which is clumsy (including inputting your dob).
After jumping through various hoops my claim was eventually authorised 4 days ago but still awaiting payment! Go have nothing but praise for Privilege who were very helpfuland paid my claim expeditiously and and without fuss.

Had to call out of hours line due to a hit and run, Willow was extremely helpful, clear, and explained everything I asked despite it being 6pm on a Saturday. All was sorted in less than 15 mins. Good company with brilliant staff, would recommend.

Went though my insurance to sort out a key replacement (1st central) which is with these guys, spoke to a guy on the phone explained I needed the key asap, gave him a number for a dealership, who he tried calling and couldn’t get hold of. Which could have contacted myself back as he knew how I needed the car for work, family, so I could find another person to get my key from. No phone call back. Leaves the office and nobody is able to help till Monday! Left me with no car. Absolutely shocking.

Thank you for the response. However, just along the same lines as all my previous conversations with your company, you are talking absolute rubbish. He has been passed to your quality team who sent me out an automated customer satisfaction survey. Other than that I have NOT being contacted by your company at all!! from any quality representative.
Your response is dishonest and misleading, It gives the impression that you're dealing with the situation put in reality, all you have done is washed your hands of me as a paying customer that you are refusing to honour the policy for. More lies from a sham company.

I used this company when I got my insurance through "Go compare". Made every excuse under the sun as why they would not honour their insurance commitment. When I jumped for all the hoops they changed the goal post sold dramatically. It was impossible for them to cover the insurance. Nothing more than a con scheme. Do not use this company.
