Possible the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life.
Over the last year or two i would estimate that I have tried at least 30 times to speak with an agent and NOT ONCE has my call been answered or any of the messages I left been returned.
Even when they once called me, as a sales call, they did not call me back as agreed (and obviously did not return my calls)
I am assuming that the actual breakdown cover is OK as it is from AXA
