I've had an excellent experience with Insignia healthcare and continue to experience nothing but pure love, support and overwhelming care. Working for this company , I have come to realised that, having a very positive working environment does not only improve productivity but also the general well-being of the employee. This company always seeks the wellbeing of the employees and also creates a balance that ensures that all packages are supported well enough.
Their trainings and refresher courses are top notch ensuring that each staff is confident enough to work on packages. They also give you the opportunity to improve yourself in your role whenever you are willing to do that.

I would assign a rating of zero stars. This organisation appears to prioritise its financial metrics over the well-being of its employees. My partner commenced employment with this company following assurances of full-time work. However, she undertook three different roles and received no further assignments for six months. This situation is highly concerning. An organisation whose primary objective is to provide care for individuals unfortunately fails to meet its obligations toward its employees. I'm very sorry to express my dissatisfaction. On your reply: How do the individuals you support ultimately decide on carers? You have to give them options. If it is a new care package, you offer a carer to that package, and the individual does not decide at the beginning. If the carer is good, the individual chooses to have that carer. Your reply doesn't seem to show the real situation in which you, as a company, just gave jobs to the carers you prefer. This is shameful.
