It's not often that I would rate a single person at an Estate agents as exceptional but Chana at Savills Norwich certainly comes under that banner. Most agents are reasonably efficient but Chana went the extra mile. Professional, efficient, polite, and the key to it all, did everything she said she would, when she said she would and nice to deal with. What more can you ask. Keep it up!
