Pearl were good throughout our tenancy, we had quite a few maintenance issues over the 2 years and they were almost always fixed within a week and mostly within a few days. They responded to emails quickly and were easy to contact.
We did encounter some issues upon handing our keys back (a cleaning fee and issues with our full deposit) but this was resolved relatively quickly after some phone calls and emails.
I would also like to add that the office is quite difficult to get in to and there wasn't anywhere to leave post when I last went. This meant that it was harder to repost mail.
Overall, we had a good experience.
