Absolutely brilliant company to deal with! AM Living manage 4 of our properties in Norwich and they have kept all our rooms in each house occupied 100%. I’ve been with AM Living for about 2 1/2 years and they are by far one of the best housing agencies in the City. Their houses and rooms are modern, well maintained, and incomparably better to most others. The team is great and when any issues arise, they are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. The team gets to know the tenants and the communication on all fronts is excellent. If you’re looking for a nice place to live in the city with a reliable company - AM are your people.

Matt and his team took over the management of my properties at the end of 2022. I can not fault them on any matter. 5 Stars for Communication, Property management, handling of all matters relating to tenants, keeping rents and properties in line. Never had anything but good tenants found with rents being paid promptly. Very pleased with AM Living.
