I was a tenant of Castle Residential Properties for over 6,5 years and highly recommend them as real estate agency for anyone looking for affordable and high quality accommodation.
The properties are well maintained and monitored, but the most important for me was outstanding customer service. Landlord is easy to reach, responding to tenants, friendly, with positive attitude and flexible approach.
They praise tenants privacy, always let know in adwance about any maintenance visits.
During my tenancy I encountered few changes in my life circumstances, and always felt supported and assisted, cannot expres enough gratitude for all the engagement and effort of the whole team.
The flat I was renting from Castle was a very good place to live in and has own warm place in our hearts.

I had been renting an apartment on Bingley Road for a year and a half and was very pleased. Landlord is very helpful and honest and made sure you live comfortably. I also praise that the agency valued privacy and that all maintenance visits were consulted. The building was always clean. It is also worth mentioning that the agency staff were very helpful and despite the language barrier, all matters were taken care of from A to Z.

Hello! Am tenant in Castle Residential Properties from 2010. My experience with this agency are 100% positive. Its very friendly helpful staff making good atmosphere for a tenants and persons who working there got a good attitude. House is clean and tidy(cleaned by very nice lady), got cctv, aerial and all bills included in price, nice residential parking. For all my suggestion and requests response are almost immediately. I like place where am living, and always like to coming back there. Thank you guys for all your effort!

Rented a lovely flat in Saltaire from Castle Residential for just over a year. Everything was communicated clearly throughout my tenancy so we all knew where we stood and they would always come and look at something if I reported a problem. We have lived in a Castle residential property for almost 7 years now and in that time we never had any problem. The landlord has always been really nice to us and is quick at responding to any issues/problem usuallly within an hour. Any requests for repair, maintenance, or replacement are responded to within 48hrs normally depending on the severity of the issue. They always go above and beyond to ensure that their tenant is happy. Their properties are very well managed. I can recommend Castle Residential Properties with great confidence, as I have experienced their outstanding customer services.

I spent two years in the flat let by this agency and i enjoyed my complete stay there. property owner was always being so nice and helpful and ready to help in any case. if there is something needed to be change in the house, he takes care of it immediately. this flat in Beamsley house was a lucky one for me as we were blessed with a baby boy here. highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a clean and nice place to stay in the Shipley/Frizinghall area.

I was a tenant for 2 years here - overall a great tenancy having new carpets and paint in before moving in and a landlord on WhatsApp with fast replies.

They were fast to respond to any issues and replaced the boiler when needed. Only downfall was the mould that was painted over with minimal effort to remove. Other than this, I would definitely recommend this agency.
