Sutton Coldfield Natwest.
Great staff and prompt service with a smile. My only wish is for a small customers use only car park. You could maybe get a ticket issued from the staff as proof of your visit to the bank. I guess there's nowhere to have a carpark. I'm elderly, Its quite a trek to get to it.
Please don't close down like the others. It's a great bank to be with.

I went to Natwest Sutton today to pay a bill. I was in a bit of a state because I was stressed about it. The ladies were very pat and calm and dealt with it for me. I even got a hug. Amazing people. A very grateful customer.

I wish to thank the staff in branch this morning, 27th January. I tried to do something with a standing order on the app but made it that I would end up paying twice. 😅 The two ladies I spoke to were able to sort my mistake out and I feel so relieved now. Thank you bothe so much. You are the best......

Further to my last visit I needed to return to the branch because I couldn't get onto the Natwest APP.
I had been trying for a couple of weeks but to no avail. Really frustrating.
I went in and I was helped by Amanda and Chloe. They were brilliant. They reset all my passwords for online banking. There was no way I could have done it, it was so confusing, I was lost, but they brilliantly went through it and reset everything. I've never been so pleased to be able to make a payment, "haha"

I have had the fortune to have been helped again in branch. I noticed this morning something I didn't recognise. An anomalous payment. I am so pleased again with the service I have received from the wonderful lady Amanda. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. An asset to this branch.
She calmly showed me how to deal with the situation and put in place a system to help monitor and prevent it happening again. So, a huge "THANK YOU" again to Amanda. You're a star.
